Just to say-I grew up eating black-eye peas every Sunday!! My dad hails from North Carolina so the recipe I know is to get some Country cured ham-the salty one-cut up a big slice into bite size pieces-throw it into a pot of water-bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and let the ham simmer for about 5 minutes then add the black-eye peas (one bag). Simmer for about 45 minutes or until the peas are tender. The serve it up and pass the chopped onions to put on top-then grab a buttermilk biscuit to sop up the juice!! Yummy!!

New Customer, Placed my first order. I buy a lot of Jasmine Rice and brown and wild rice-do you carry those items. Also can never find the jar of dried shallots-green onions in spice section that I also cook with a lot. You have a very wide variety of "more than just nuts". cute huh. Thanks SC
